Documentation

We're certainly not at a loss for documentation. In fact, one of the hardest parts of this project is keeping it all together - there're literally thousands of pages of documentation, and all of it is helpful in one way or another. While we won't be making all of the documentation available through this website, we did want to take a moment to post some of the more general-interest pieces and to include our meeting agendas and notes so that you in the YC community have a better understanding of exactly what we're up to. If you see anything that you'd like clarification on, or if you feel we've overlooked something or should reconsider, please contact us.

Charters

Charters define how our teams operate and what their purpose(s) and goal(s) is/are. They serve as a map as we navigate through the sometimes unfamiliar processes related to portal implementation. Not all of our teams have charters defined.

Agendas and Meeting Minutes

The multiple teams that make up the portal group meet frequently - very frequently. We make every effort to develop an agenda prior to each meeting and to take clear and concise minutes at each meeting. Those are posted here for your review and follow-up.

Let's All Get Together

While there's plenty of documentation here, it may not all make sense without having been actively-involved in the project.  We'd be delighted to meet with departments individually to review the portal and discuss how it will affect your department and identify your department's specific content needs.  Just email portal@yc.edu and put in the subject line "MEETING".
